Hey, thanks for the tips. I have done this detox ages ago and am going to do it again in a week. I am trying to stop eating sugar, drinking coffee and no processed carbs for this next week to prepare for it. Or do you think it is just easier to start it? The sad truth is I was really healthy and the last two years I have really crashed, and now I find myself thinking how much I like sugar. But, I do notice how it affects me, with a groggy mind. Anyways, did you prepare before you started like changing your eating? It’s hard to change. I wasn’t going to eat sugar today and I just ate two cookies, and had a slice of pizza…..ugh.
